Paris, France, January 1803
In the aftermath of the French Revolution, Prime Minister, Jean Lupus, is building a French democracy and a new military that is to be known as the WolfGuard. Compromising the development, a string of gruesome deaths start popping up all over Paris. Hysteria spreads as witches, werewolves and vampires blame each other for the violent deaths, causing unrest with the humans who are on the verge of another revolution. Having exhausted all other resources, Jean's wife and his second-in-command call upon a ruthless, terrifying monster to end this elusive beast's tyranny.
